	Shock Value Director Coming to Victoria Film Festival...
Director of such films as Serial Mom, the notorious Pink Flamingos, Polyester, Cry Baby, and Hairspray will lead off a week of short and feature film screenings, workshops, lectures, and panel discussions during the 1998 Victoria Independent Film and Video Festival, March 13 - 19th, 1998. The Festival is being produced by CineVic Society of Independent Filmmakers.	John Waters
