Once a bastion of art-house cinema and international films in Victoria, British Columbia, The Vic Theatre has been resurrected. We’ve dusted off the seats, applied a new coat of paint and installed a new HD compatible digital projection system.
Imagine, your very own classic movie theatre for your special event. 220 comfortable theatre seats – raked, so every seat has a great sightline – with a 24-foot wide screen, digital projection system and booming stereo sound.
The Vic Theatre is now available for rent for your special event. Perfect for independent screenings, fundraisers, presentations or other events.
Prices:
Available for 4 hour ($400), 8 hour ($650), and 1 week ($2400) rentals. All listed rates and fees are subject to HST at 12%. Space rental includes microphone and podium. Please contact Operations Manager about any other equipment requirements.

Inflatable and Screen Rental Rates
Inflatable screen, 2 people for 4 hours: $500
For other screens, 1 person for 4 hours: $400
Additional hours: $100 per hour
Inflatable screen & projector, 2 people for 4 hours: $700
Regular screen & projector, 1 person for 4 hours: $600
Regular screen size: 8' x 1 2'
Inflatable screen size : 15' x 20' (with a 10' x 30' footprint)
Transportation and set-up fees apply for any location more than 15kms outside downtown Victoria. Please call for details.
