It may be months away, but the Victoria Film Festival has opened their call for entries for the 2017 edition of the long running Festival. The 23rd annual Victoria Film Festival will run February 3-12, 2017.
Winner of MovieMaker Magazine’s ‘Top 50 Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee’ for the past two years, the Victoria Film Festival programs a selection of films from British Columbia, Canada and around the world.
The early bird submission rate runs until July 7, 2016 at $20CAD/US. The regular rate of $40CAD/US closes on August 11, 2016 and late submissions will be accepted until September 9, 2016 at $50CAD/US per film submission. Only digital entries will be accepted. Filmmakers can submit their films through Film Freeway or Withoutabox. Only films completed in 2015 or 2016 will be considered.
