Victoria Film Festival | Why 19+?

Why is this film 19+ when it’s rated PG?

Back in October 2014, the Vic became the first cinema in Victoria to get its liquor license!  That means we can sell fantastic local beer and wine in our concession—you can even bring it down into the theatre!  The only trouble is that we can’t let minors in when we’re enjoying our drinks, so unless we’ve decided to make a film an all ages screening, we’ve got to make sure our audience is over 19.  Cheers!
